Appointment of Treasurer and Secretary

The Board of directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. hereby
declares that

Nils Lohner will relinquish his duties as Treasurer of SPI and be
appointed to the position of Secretary of SPI with all responsibilities
thereof.

Darren Benham will be appointed to the Board of Directors of SPI and
assume the duties of Treasurer with all responsibilities thereof.

These assignments will be effective immediately.
