As per our by-laws[0] and resolution 2004-08-10-dbg.2[1], six board
seats are up for election.
At that time, anyone who wishes to run for any of these seats, including
any interested incumbents, will be asked to send a position statement to
the Secretary. These position statements will be collected and posted
from the 1st to the 13th of July. From the 15th to the 28th of July,
voting will take place.
After the election results are posted, the Board will select from among
its members the executive (president, vp, treasurer, secretary).
