Hi all,
As per article seven of the SPI by laws, paragraph 5, the SPI board
wishes to appoint a member to the board to serve until the 2008 annual
elections.
Nominations from candidates may be sent to secretary(at)spi-inc(dot)org before
2008-02-13 19:00:00 UTC.
At the 2008-02-20 19:00 UTC board meeting, one candidate shall be
selected by a vote of the majority of the remaining members of the Board
of Directors.
