Per SPI Resolution 2009-11-04.jmd.1 Contributing Membership Expiry [1],
following the 2011 SPI Board of Directors election [2], the SPI
Membership Committee will contact SPI Contributing Members who did not
vote in the election to gauge their interest in remaining SPI
Contributing Members.
Since last year's board of directors election didn't occur due to lack
of a sufficient number of candidates to require an election, this is the
first election to trigger this procedure.
