Debian Paypal Data is still missing, Paypal removed the CSV export a
while ago, and we now need to retreive the data via NVP API. For a yet
unknown reason, the scripts work with all other projects, but not with
the Debian account. We work on that and will send an updated report once
we have the Paypal data for Debian
