Nah, I just managed to do something bad with your mail. You got a reply
now.

Now, DNS administration you CAN have with us, but much better is the way
that for example drizzle is using: DNS is with us, but you have commit
access to our puppet repository, limited to your domains files, changes
appear every puppet run on the dns master. (That is, if you want DNS
servers with us, and not just us pointing the NS entries wherever).
That way we CAN take action, but its much nicer if the project can just
do that on their own.
