#05: Selection of officers

05 No procedure is given for choosing officers. The membership should do
this.

The method by which directors and officers are chosen needs to be
specified.

I say that if the amendment I've proposed for voting procedures is accepted,
that we can dispense with this question since that proposal addresses this
question as well.

It has been specified in the previous discussions.
