Well, it seems this isn't needed for election (see
http://lists.spi-inc.org/pipermail/spi-announce/2010/000221.html
) but I've had a few nice words (thank you), so I'll finish this batch
at least and see where I am.
HIGHLIGHTS
[item 1, Opening]
<Ganneff> Welcome to today's Software in the Public Interest board of
directors meeting, which is now called to order. Today's agenda and
details of pending resolutions can be found on the web at:
http://www.spi-inc.org/secretary/agenda/2010/2010-04-14.html
[item 2, Roll Call]
21:03:30 <Ganneff> Joerg Jaspert
21:03:31 <cdlu> David Graham
21:03:32 <Noodles> Jonathan McDowell
21:03:34 <Hydroxide> Jimmy Kaplowitz
21:03:37 <zobel> Martin Zobel-Helas
21:04:19 <luk__> Luk Claes
21:06:41 <schultmc> Michael Schultheiss
[item 3, President's Report]
<Ganneff> No bdale, no report
[item 5, Secretary's report]
<Noodles> I have nothing to report.
[item 6, Outstanding minutes]
results for "Meeting minutes for 10th March, 2010": Yes: 5, Abstain: 2
[item 4, Treasurer's Report]
<schultmc> standard report is in the agenda. click and pledge has
changed our account setup so we now get ACH direct deposits of
donations 2-3 days after they're donated rather than waiting for a
check once per month. we'll still get 1-2 more checks but donations
will primarily be deposited much faster. That makes their data no
harder or easier to integrate into treasurer's reports than present
[item 7, Any other business]
<Noodles> Please reply to my most recent mail on -board. ;)
<cdlu> Noodles, I don't believe we have any precedent to grant money
to projects that are not member projects however our projects are free
to do so with their money. if they'd like to apply to be an
associated project and raise money that we hold on to they're welcome
to do that.
<Noodles> As long as that's how others see it I can reply and say as much.
<cdlu> Ganneff, just a reminder that the election is coming up soon
[item 8, Next board meeting]
<Ganneff> Next board meeting: May 19th, 2010, 20:00 UTC
21:16:56 <Ganneff> *GAVEL*
